Hi there, it's Brian here with a clean and simple thinking of you card that takes less than 10 minutes to create!
Everything about this card was created on my Cricut Explore Air 2 cutting machine. First, I went ahead and picked a font for my sentiment. I used BFC Dahlia Garden as my font. Then, I searched for "simple flower" in the images. I scrolled until I found the one I wanted. After I had everything sized to my liking, I then cut everything out on the mats. I have found recently that a great idea to make 100% sure that I have a good enough cuts is to press the middle button as soon as it's done cutting the first time. Normally you would press the left button (with the arrows) to eject the mat, but if you are in doubt about the quality of your cut, you can press the middle button WITHOUT touching anything else, and it will repeat the cut, cutting exactly where it cut previously.
After all of that is done, I prepared an A2 card blank and cut a piece of cardstock down to 3½x4¾. Finally I glued all the lettering and the flower onto my mat, and glued the mat to the card base.
I hope you enjoyed this card and I especially hope you learned something new and fun about your machine!
Here are the challenges I am entering this card in:
I hope everyone has an amazing day!!
