Hey everyone! Brian here today with a fun fold card featuring product from Scrappy Tails Crafts' new collection! I used the Teacher Bookmark die set which you can find here, and created a stadium fold card.
Here is how I made it
* I cut a piece of 8½x11 cardstock in half at 4¼ inches, and placed the cardstock on the long side up on my scoreboard and scored at 5½ inches, making an A2 card.
*Next, I took a sheet of 8½x11 cardstock and cut it down to 4x5¼ pieces for the first layer.
*After I cut the first layer, I cut 2 pieces of patterned paper from the Scrappy Tails Life is a Story paper pad, which you can find here. I cut the first one into two 3¾x5 pieces and the second one was cut to one 3¾x5 inch piece (this one was directional, and went on the front). I then glued the pieces onto the card.
*Now, I took a third piece of 8½x11 cardstock and cut it down to 10 inches. Afterwards, I scored the piece of cardstock at 4 inches, 8 inches, 8¾ and 9½ inches.
*After that, I cut the paper down to seven pieces of 1x10.
*I then folded the score lines and glued the 9½ fold to the back of the piece of cardstock.
*After I did that, I glued each piece on the right half of the previous piece. I repeated this until I had enough to span 4 inches wide.
*Finally, I glued the first piece to the left side of the top of the card and the right side of the bottom of the card. Then I decorated the card.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. I will have a video on my YouTube channel soon on how to make this card. My channel link is here.
